Khuvsgul lake

Lake Khuvsgul " Blue pearl" is Mongolia's largest, deepest and freshwater lake, it is the largest tributary stream of lake Baikal in Russia. Lake Khuvsgul occupies the tectonic depression at 1645 m above the sea level. The lake covers 2620 sq km, the lake's crystal-clear water is surrounded by forested mountains.
